Ph.D. in Economics of Education from the University of Columbia in New York. Masters in Public Policy from Sciences-Po Paris, France. Co-founder and Executive Director of CoreWoman, Adjunct Professor at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University, Researcher at Fedesarrollo (a leading think tank in Latin American), former United Nations Development Program Research Associate, in New York. Consultant for many organizations, including UN Women, ICR Facility, and initiative of the European Union, the British Council, Expertise France, SVN, and GIZ. Susana oversees the production of the projections and is involved in analyzing the results. She is the author of multiple papers and books, including Measuring Women’s Economic Empowerment.
